Browsing the Store
eburch.biz is organized
using Department Pages, Name Brands Pages and Selection Pages.
1) To browse for like
items, select a desired Department from any
Navigation Bar.
2) To browse for a favorite
Name Brand, select your desired Name
Brand from the Department Home page.
3) To browse through the
Name Brand, select the desired item to display
colors, sizes or selection.
Using the Shopping Cart
When you locate and item you want to
purchase, you enter a quantity then click the Add to Cart
button. If you want to view the items in your shopping cart, change the
quantity in your cart, or proceed to the check-out stand, select the
View Cart button which is located at the bottom left of each page and
the middle left of each page's navigation table.

Options
Currently we accept VISA, Mastercard, or American Express.

Order
Processing Time
We
will do everything we can to make sure your order is shipped right the
first time.
Generally, items in-stock, you can expect the items will be shipped
promptly (within 12-48 hours) after your order is placed.
If a product
is not in stock, we will notify you with an estimated shipping date. Items
out of stock can be backordered. Orders will be filled in the order they
are received. Payment for all orders will be charged when product ships.
Returns
Policy
If
you are not satisfied with the original condition and/or performance of
your purchased item, you may return the item within 30 days from ship date
for a refund or replacement. To qualify for refund or replacement, items
must be returned in original resalable condition (our discretion)
in their original packaging with all tags and stickers attached.

email
to receive a return authorization (RA) number and instructions.
Please Note:
Shipping and handling is non-refundable except for defective items.
We
will not accept any returns without a RA number.
Must include original invoice or packing slip.
Non-defective returns will be charged a 15% restock fee.
Returns must be pre-paid by the customer.
Allow up to 2 weeks to process returns.
Items must be shipped by UPS, FedEx or USPS priority mail for tracking.
We
assume no liability for loss or damage of return packages.
If
package was damaged during transit please contact UPS to refuse shipment.
How to
Cancel or Change an Order
To
make changes or to cancel your order send an e-mail to

Credit
Card is Declined
In
most cases the reason for a transaction to be declined is because of:
1) The credit card number is incorrect; in other words typos
2) The expiration date is entered incorrectly
If
you continue to have problems contact us at
websale@eburch.biz. and we will
help you resolve the problem.
Sales Tax
Although federal law doesn't require us to charge tax for items shipped
across state lines, you may be personally required by your state to remit
sales tax. However, if your delivery address is in Alabama, our system
will charge you 8% state sales tax.

eburch.biz does not warranty the merchandise we sell. All warranties,
either stated or implied, are the sole responsibility of the product's
manufacturer. Because manufacturer's warranties vary from item to item,
please refer to the documentation that accompanies your purchase for
warranty details.
