All products are manufactured to rigid specifications by hand. We use only the finest materials and components including stainless steel wire, solid brass for all Hildebrandt Premium Blades™ , all castings are either pure tin or bismuth with no lead, XtraSharp™ Hooks, the highest quality ball-bearing swivels and components, and proprietary Bright Vinyl Skirts or Premium Nature Scales™ Silicone Skirts.

All products are designed and engineered in the United States, and thoroughly tested by an established network of field consultants. Our chief lure designer and field consultant is Bernie Schultz, a professional angler who has competed in many professional fishing tournaments, and has countless hours "on the water" over many years of angling. Bernie has qualified and competed in five BassMaster Classic Tournaments, which is the exclusive, year-end "grand finale" of tournaments. He is a past winner of the Canadian Open bass fishing tournament, and has fished all over the world for many different species of fish.
